Had a great time at this family-friendly spot! the food was top-notch, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. And can we talk about those comfy beds? Slept like a dream! 😴 the room was also bright and cheery, total mood lifter.

Swimming pool opening hours, closes at 19.00 in summer, very soon. Some all-inclusive drinks of the highest quality... The rooms smelled like tobacco.

Breakfast with steak and very nice coffee, as for instance. Spa area for guests, overall good service...

The location near a bus stop was great, and I was impressed with the well-maintained room, the friendly staff always with a smile, and the provision of fresh towels.

the schedule of the bar of the annexed swimming pool, I see it little until the five, since if the swimming pool closes to the 19.00h, to take something I had to change of bar or of swimming pool.

Had booked two rooms and both were very noisy located to the front of hotel and service area, could not sleep through any night. Food was fair but not big selection. On all inclusive all drinks were not included an extra charge was put on some and service was stopped at eleven at night. In my opinion should be rated three star not four.

The food is not very varied, is made more for foreigners, very small pool and smaller is made with so much mattress, float, etc...

We loved our room at Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel in Los Cristianos, Tenerife. It was kept spotlessly clean and equipped with two balconies and a jacuzzi. the location is incredible and marvelous, with a bus station nearby. there were plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

That you could get a sun bed at any time of the day, no need to get up early to put towels down.

The beds were not very comfortable and you didn't receive enough pillows.

the brill staff, they were a 1000% in everything.

it said it was 4 star but a faded 4 star. we upgraded to a family superior room, it was right at the front of the hotel. we could hear the, buses, cars, taxis etc coming and going constantly when we asked why they placed us there they said that all the family rooms were in the front plus we were right over the front door on the first floor we could here the doors sliding open/shut all the time. we did complain and they did offer us other accomadition but we were half through our 1 week stay to pack up and move.the food was a bit of a repetion and for the wonderful food that spain has to offer the variety was not there.their was only 1 chef at evening time behind the grill who seemed to need help as there was quite a few people staying there..there just wasent the added touch of other 4 star hotels that i have stayed at.also inside it was open to the elements and it rained a good bit while we were there. the place got wet and was very draughty and dark. it was a bit far out of the main drag and the walk back was all uphill. i would not go back to this hotel again. on your site it looked fab, but not so close up.

Fabulous room with TV. Lovely building. - Marvellous location near to supermarket, shopping centre, vegan restaurants, local restaurants, and the centre and ferry port itself

The hotel is a big and safe and the atmospere is international. Breakfast & meals and services are working well and there is plenty of choices available. Also pool areas are nice and there is plenty of choice for adults.

There could be more pool area available for smaller children. During our vacation the only pool what was pointed to smaller children was very busy.

Had airy, new-fashioned room that was kept spotlessly clean. It had a marvellous and quiet location just next door to the centre of Los Cristianos and beach as well as the sea and promenade-downhill. I ate in the beach restaurant nearby.
